I currently accept the following insurance providers:

I do not bill out-of-network insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of session, and I can provide a super bill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket

For those that qualify for medically necessary therapy but are not using insurance: I can offer clients a super bill to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

For those looking for coaching services as individuals or couples, please reach out regarding cost for services.

Court and Letters

Please be advised that the therapist of Sarah Sanderson, M.A., LMHC PLLC does NOT participate in person, by phone or in writing in any court related matter that the client of Sarah Sanderson, M.A., LMHC PLLC may be a party to or become a party to in any way. The therapist of Sarah Sanderson, M.A., LMHC PLLC does not write letters (with the exception of WPATH required letters) regarding their client’s treatment to any entity, including court. The therapist of Sarah Sanderson, M.A., LMHC PLLC at no time will offer an opinion or recommendation in any court matter, especially as it relates to custody.

Please be advised that should the therapist from Sarah Sanderson, M.A., LMHC PLLC be court ordered to appear in court or at a deposition, the fee stipulation is as follows:

·      $2,000 per day plus $200 per hour for travel to and from the court.

·      $200 per hour for preparation
